A physical item purchased from Pageant Planet Shop cannot be returned unless it does not arrive as described in the product description.
If the incorrect item or an item arrives in a condition that does not match the description, the Buyer can file a dispute within 3 days of delivery ("Dispute Period") against each product he or she has ordered from the website.
Please note: If the Buyer purchases items from multiple vendors, the Dispute Period for each item will begin as each individual item is marked as “Delivered." The Buyer may file a dispute under any of the following dispute categories:
* Defective product received
* Different product received
The Buyer will have the opportunity to provide clarifying and supporting information as a part of the dispute process. Upon submission of a dispute, the item status will be updated to "Disputed" and both parties will be notified.
Pageant Planet Admin will investigate the dispute and determine whether to administer a return request against any of the items. It is within Pageant Planet's discretion to determine the outcome of any disputes. Pageant Planet will look to images and content provided by either party as well as any other available evidence to make its determination. Pageant Planet will decide whether to approve a return request within two weeks of receipt of dispute.
If Pageant Planet determines that the item was not delivered as described, the Buyer shall ship the item back to the Seller and provide the tracking information. Upon delivery of the item back to the Seller, the item status will be updated to "Returned" and the Buyer's money will be refunded.
