The 2009 Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA pageant concluded with Maegan Phillips winning the title of Miss Virginia USA 2009 and Maggie Lawson winning the title of Miss Virginia Teen USA 2009. They also won the opportunity to represent Virginia at the 2009 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageant.
