The 2008 Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA pageant concluded with Tori Hall winning the title of Miss Virginia USA 2008 and Megan Myrehn winning the title of Miss Virginia Teen USA 2008. They also won the opportunity to represent Virginia at the 2008 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageant.
