Both. We allow both married and non-married contestants.
My daughter (7) is competing this year as Junior Miss Florida All Star United States and Mrs. Tammy has been so helpful with all of our questions throughout this process!
The All-Star United States Pageant Organization is an amazing organization. I currently hold the title Miss Teen All-Star United States 2020 and am so grateful to be able to. This was my first pageant I have ever competed in and the experience was so much fun! During nationals week there’s so many exciting activities happening and you’re always having a great time! One of my favorite memories is the riverboat dinner cruise. We danced so much, had a wonderful dinner, and took beautiful pictures with the sunset! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I met so many new people and friends, which I now consider them to be part of my pageant family. This organization is all about education, patriotism, community service, family, living a healthy lifestyle, and it also allows you to expand your platform. There’s just so many great things to say about The All-Star United States Pageant Organization! I love it so much!
I have nothing but incredible things to say about this system! I have been involved with the All-Star United States Pageant for several years. In 2017 I won the national teen title and I currently hold the title of Miss All-Star United States 2021! Tammy John’s always provides a wonderful, well organized, and fun experience at the national pageant and truly goes above and beyond for her queens. This system is all about family, community service, education, and patriotism which makes me love it even more! The All-Star United States Pageant System is wonderful!
Becoming involved with the Miss All-Star United States Pageant Organization has been a roller coaster of emotions and experiences for the past 3 years. What started out as only my daughter competing in their Miss category turned into myself joining her. Yes, it was a "Gracie Lou Freebush" moment and one I will never regret. You see I never competed in a pageant. I was the mom back stage, seamstress, clothes steamer and driver. I grew up playing sports and doing what my brothers did around the house per my fathers instructions all while he was still trying to keep the "old fashion" ways of house work. Thank goodness my husband is not afraid to cook. Over the past 3 years, I have learned so much from this organization, the board members, fellow contestants, their family members and of course Tammy Johns-Brown. That lady is a true southern women. Strong, encouraging and has a drive to want her "girls" to achieve what is in their hearts while "doing YOU". After competing in 2019 alongside my daughter, I was asked to do an interview by Derek Tokarzewski, Owner of World Class Magazines. ME? I thought. Why?? I didn't win, receive an award or anything. I was only a contestant. In that article, I expressed my experience I had during that week of "oh, my. What am I doing but I am going to enjoy every minute". The first day we meet everyone at orientation, have a rehearsal then head out to shop and meet several sponsors in downtown Savannah. My first year we were able to see a "80's" performance at the Historical Savannah Theater and last year we had a private tour on a trolley of Savannah. On day two, starts with the Scavenger Hunt. Yes, in teams of 3 we RUN through town doing fun things, answering questions and then racing back before noon deadline. The afternoon is a rehearsal then dance the night way while enjoying a dinner cruise, seeing the sites along the river and closing out watching the sunset on one of the Savannah Riverboats with our family and friends that came to enjoy the pageant. The third day is a morning rehearsal, private interviews then close out the day with the Queens Gala. During this time everyone, including family gets to socialize, watch the Pre-Teens fashion show, receive awards and hear the outgoing Queens speeches. The last day is the competition which starts with a trolley ride to the Savannah Theater for a morning rehearsal, back to the hotel for prepping and back for the Pageant. With the overall concern of Covid-19 this past year many wondered why did many of us still participate. I can not speak for others but not once did I ever think this organization would put one person in harm to hold the pageant. Each and everyone of our safety was their priority. Tammy even had paper towels for each of us to use while walking down the steps so we didn't have to touch the hand rails with bare hands. While experiencing other pageant systems through my daughter competing as a teen and then coming to the MASUS organization I whole heartedly say its been a blessing in many ways. Just as Tammy works hard to host a honorable pageant she also wants everyone to enjoy the town all while being comfortable while staying in Savannah. The Holiday Inn Express Savannah-Historic District is the hotel of the pageant. It has a lovely view of the river and access to shops, restaurants, trolleys, and many more sites. Overall, Tammy created this organization to be different. It is one of encouragement to girls & women, patriotic to all veterans, education in various ways besides just schooling, promoting a healthy lifestyle that is for you and family values. She wants each contestant to do themselves and size is not the issue. Making the decision to participate for this organization is one that you will hold special in your heart for years. You will gain friends from all over that you never thought you would. I am available to answer any questions that you may have that I did not shared in this review. There is so much more to learn. Sincerely, Barbara Komondor Mrs. Pennsylvania All-Star United States 2021
Wow! Where to start? I have been part of or have followed closely this Organization for the last 5 years. I was a state queen in 2017 in CA and loved every minute of it. Lots of support and encouragement from upper management staff but the best was pageant week in Savanah!! Not a minute to spare with all the activities that were so well organized and well executed. This pageant system is NOT for contestants with little stamina. It is a game on organization. But why I really love this system and why I choose to compete one more time, it’s about real women, in real life, doing really good things!! I am excited to compete for the 2021 National Title once again and bring to it the knowledge of what I have learned with in this group! This organization values authenticity in its Queens??
My daughter has had the honor of being a part of this amazing system. As a parent, I couldn't be more proud of her personal growth and this system has been such a positive influence in her life. It's incredibly important that my daughter not only has fun participating in pageants, but also learns valuable life lessons on responsibility, service to others and professionalism. I also love that this system stresses the importance of education as well as a healthy and active lifestyle.
I can’t say enough good things about this system. The Allstar United States system highlights all of the incredible attributes of the pageant industry. Not only are the queens passionate about patriotism, education, and family, but they are also VERY passionate about serving their communities in different ways. Each queen has a different platform, but instead of serving only in their platform, they make it a point to support each of their sister queens’ platform. Pageant itself is the most organized pageant I have ever competed in/attended. The national pageant is the most fun week of your life, exhausting, but so worth it. You will meet ladies from all over the country and create lasting friendships with them. The director is one of the best I have ever come in contact with. She is professional, poised, organized, and all around incredible. This system is very impacting on all who decide to compete in it. I adore the Allstar United States system.
The All Star United States Pageant is very organized and an amazing time. Nationals week is packed with activities and allows for much time to get to know your fellow sister queens. I loved everything this pageant stood for which is why it was a great fit for me. Patriotism, family, a healthy lifestyle, woman empowerment and education.
The All-Star United States pageant is my favorite pageants of all time. I love the fact that I am not just a participant I’m a part of a family. And not just for the duration of your reign it is forever. ????
My experience with the All-Star United States was one of the best I’ve had yet in the pageantry industry – and my entire family agrees. The level of professionalism and organization these people bring to pageant week and stage is beyond impressive. They were so personable and caring that both the staff and the director even took the time to memorize each state queens by name and title! The All-Star United States pageant highly encourages its contestants and reigning queens to participate in community service. The organization promotes education, charity support, platform service, women empowerment, and leadership. Unlike others, they are big on patriotism. It was a defining moment for me when I was crowned Mrs. All-Star United States 2020 and I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t participated in this wonderful pageant. I highly recommend this pageant. If you are looking for a reasonable pageant entry fee, great prize package, wonderful sponsors, a director that cares and a sisterhood like no others.
