From the Emerald Coast of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Tessa is a 9 year old, A Honor Roll student. As a company dancer for the Alfonso Academy, Tess has earned multiple dance scholarships. She has been honored to sing the National Anthem at many charity and sporting events, including the MILB Pensacola Blue Wahoos for the past three years.
With a passion for the arts, Tessa sings with Dreamcatcher Vocal Performance Studio as well as performs in local theatre with Emerald Coast Theatre Company. Dreaming of Broadway, Tessa has her heart set on attending The Juilliard School in New York.
Currently Tessa is a member of her elementary school News Team, S.T.E.M. Club, and the Destiny Worship Center Church Leadership Team. For the past three years, Tessa has volunteered for the Boot Campaign, a 501(c)(3) charity, which raises awareness of the needs of our Veterans and provides assistance to our Military and their families. Always #bootson at appearances, Tess is proud to support our American heroes!
This small town girl is incredibly humbled and overjoyed to be crowned the 2018 USA National Princess and joining the prestigious UNM family. At Nationals, she was also crowned the USA National Covermodel and the USA National Supermodel. She placed 1st Runner Up in Talent and was honored to receive the Legacy Scholarship for Best Interview.
The UNM Anti Bully platform with Crown CARES is a message that has resonated close to her heart. She has already addressed over 1,000 students in an effort to end the epidemic of bullying in our nation. As the USA National Princess, she is looking forward to meeting more students and sharing the UNM message of kindness across the country.
