Natalie Tonneson has been involved in pageantry for many years. She first placed in the Miss Oregon Teen USA 2009 competition in 2008. That year, she broke into the Top 5 and placed as fourth runner-up.

She returned to the stage as a Miss contestant in the Miss Oregon USA 2014 pageant where she placed as the fourth runner-up. Tonneson once again placed in Miss Oregon USA 2017 as fourth runner-up. Her success led her to the stage once again as she competed for Miss Oregon USA 2018 and placed as third runner-up.

She competed at the Miss Oregon USA & Miss Oregon Teen USA 2019 pageant representing Northwest Portland where she won the crown, walked away with the title of Miss Oregon USA 219 and received the opportunity to advance to the Miss USA 2019 pageant. Natalie, a Nike employee believes in the motto, “If you have a body, you are an athlete.” She is a volunteer for the Forward Stride organization providing emotional, physical, and cognitive treatments to special needs patients through equine therapy. As Miss Oregon USA she will promote her platform Function for Life, increasing awareness around the power of inclusive environments for people at any ability level.
