Khaled is originally from Hurghada, Egypt. The city is the capital of the Red Sea Governorate, one of the 27 governorates, or states, of Egypt.
Khaled has studied at the British International School and is currently a senior business information student at Helwan University Cairo located in Cairo, Egypt. During her time, she has volunteered in business development projects in Delhi, India with Delhi University and NGOs to help in empowering women and spread awareness around India, help underprivileged communities and developing websites.
Khaled is also a member of AIESEC, the world's largest non-profit youth-run organization. The international non-governmental, not-for-profit organization provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe. She will graduate with her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019.
Khaled competed in the 2018 Miss Egypt Pageant with hopes of representing her country on the Miss Universe stage. She competed against 17 other contestants for the crown. At 22-years-old, Khaled was crowned Miss Egypt 2018 on October 3, 2018 at Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo located in Cairo, Egypt.
Khaled will compete for the title of Miss Universe 2018 on December 16, 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. She hopes to be the first Miss Egypt to bring home the title of Miss Universe.
