Hi, I’m Braelyn Whittaker, the current Miss Kansas Elementary America-5th grade! An audacious soon-to-be ten year old from Lindsborg, Kansas, I yearn to be on stage and to entertain others. Apart from pageants, I’m also a competitive dancer at Revolution School of Dance. My favorite style of dance is jazz, because it allows me to show my personality! Sparked by my love for animals,I created Paws for a Cause, an organization where I raise money and gather resources for my local animal shelters and rescue centers. I treasure going to shelters, adoption events, and loving on the animals too! As a titleholder, I can share my passion, and encourage others to get involved and volunteer at their local shelters. I just might inspire others to become a veterinarian one day, just like me! A fun fact about me is that I have an entire drawer in my kitchen just for my slime collection! I love being creative while I’m at home with my family. I can’t wait to represent the Sunflower State this summer at nationals, and spread kindness everywhere I go with the national platform, B.R.A.V.E.
