Ann Pennington has an exciting background in the entertainment industry as a published model and acting roles in everything from industry training courses, commercials, and movies.
Her life and family have taken her to various international bases including Hong Kong where she had the opportunity to study design and launch her career as a stylist. She thoroughly enjoyed working with local celebrities on runway fashion shows including the prestigious Fashion Week and the Hong Kong Film Festival.
Since moving to the East Coast Ann has launched her company Eye For Style, which specializes in real fashion for real women. In the chaotic world that is the norm of Manhattan life, Eye For Style focuses on building long lasting relationships with its clients by providing a curated and customized fashion experience and helping them maximize their budget to achieve their fashion goals. Doctors, lawyers, mothers, TV personalities, Broadway Stars, pageant queens, authors, and fashion designers are just some of the people engaged with Ann and Eye For Style.
Eye for Style is a burgeoning business and passion for Ann, but she is most proud of the engagements and programs she has developed for nonprofit organizations like Operation Exodus and Covenant House where she introduced ‘Style With a Purpose’. A focused activity to help the young people involved in these organizations with everything from interview preparation to just having fun with fashion. Ann has paired her Style With A Purpose initiative with her dedication to her Young Professional Board membership of Covenant House New Jersey.
Style With A Purpose has teamed up with famous fashion designers like Raul Penaranda and retail outlets like Atempo to produce runway shows, Sip and Shops and Fashion Swaps to raise money and awareness for the amazing work of Covenant House. She is also about to participate in her 6th Covenant House Sleep Out, sleeping on the street to raise much needed funds. Ann has been recognized with not one but two commemorative days by the Chosen Board of Freeholders of Monmouth County, been featured in multiple publications and guested on Podcasts all for her resoluteness in supporting the homeless youth issues.
Ann is also the reigning Mrs New Jersey America and loves using her crown to amplify her fundraising and is passionate about projects that empower, educate and elevate our youth to have positive impacts on our society.
