Aniska Tonge won Miss US Virgin Islands on August 11, 2018, securing a position representing US Virgin Islands at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.
Aniska has competed in pageants in the United States, the US Virgin Island, and internationally.
Making her first pageant appearance in 2012 when she won the title of Miss Virgin Islands 2012 and was sent to represent the Islands at Miss America 2013 in Las Vegas. However, she did not place at Miss America.
Aniska took her first attempt for the Miss US Virgin Islands crown in 2014 and ended up placing as first runner-up and taking the Miss US Paradise World 2014 title. By winning the Miss US Paradise World 2014 title she was sent to represent the US Virgin Islands at Miss World 2014 in London. Aniska did not place at Miss World, but this was her first time on an International stage.
Aniska was born and raised with her family in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. She is a graduate from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. In the near future, she plans on attending Barry University in Miami for her graduate studies, to obtain her Master's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mass Communication.
When not in school studying Aniska works as a model.
