About West Virginia Cupcake Festival Children's Pageant
This pageant is for boys and girls age 0 to 9. This is an outdoor event. • Attire will be Sunday Best, so something the child would wear to church or to a party. For girls, church dress and white shoes and socks are recommended, no hats, no props. For boys, dress pants, button shirt or tie (short sleeved, as it usually hot) are recommended. • Children will do a pageant walk on stage. They will be judged on neatness
