About The Intellects Pageant
ABOUT
Mission
The Intellects Pageants promotes, inspires, empowers and encourages all women to develop an entrepreneurial, independent and elicit life,and utilise their strength and inner qualities to impact in people throughout the world.
Vision
Our Vision lies on our ability and capability of giving back to the society, humanitarian services which aids to promote, develop, empower, orient and educate the girlchild.
Objectives/Goals/Aims
Our Goals and Objectives are wide and varied; to promote education, poverty eradication, unemployment mitigation, children’s and women’s welfare, health disparity, national and international volunteering, voice of the African woman and child, humanitarian and community services, War Against Child and Women Abuse (WACWA), and a lot of good causes which revolves round our symbol "BEAUTY FOR HUMANITY"
Empowerment:
We visualise on grooming young women to become better individuals, thereby using this opportunity to develop themselves and their societies.
Skill Acquisition:
We train these girls in camp on vocational skills like bead making, Ankara making (shoes, bags, jewelries, etc), gele tying, makeup foundation, and others to promote and develop their career.
Education:
We will educate these girls on the importance of being an independent, creative, intelligent, influential woman, a woman of substance, a humanitarian, a woman who believes in hers and other people’s dreams.
We help them build their self confidence. We educate the girlchild on the importance of reading and writing, the importance of education.
Humanitarian/Community Services:
Our titleholders will embark on a project title EMBRACE THE PAINS OF A CHILD (EPOAC) to feed, cloth and educate the poor, the orphaned and physically challenged children in the society.
This project is spearheaded by The Intellects World Organisation which aims at employing a minimum of 1000 youths through vocational training.
Child Labour, Child/Human Trafficking:
We aim to fight against violence against children and the girlchild in the society.
Awareness:
We aim to create awareness and fight against Cervical and Breast Cancer which affects millions of women in our society.
We aim at curbing unemployment, poverty, and social vices.
