About Rotary Fair Queen Lamar
Welcome to the Rotary Fair Queen Lamar pageant - a prestigious opportunity for young women to showcase their poise, grace, and leadership potential. We value every contestant's first impression, which is why we ask you to complete the QUEEN CONTEST ENTRY FORM neatly and legibly as it will be provided to all judges.
To participate in this empowering experience, a $50 entry fee is required, payable by your sponsor to Lamar Rotary. Please accompany the entry form with a photograph of yourself, and ensure your name is printed on the back. Your photograph will be published in the Lamar Democrat, and all photos can be collected from their office after publication.
Upon submitting your entry form, you will receive your LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS, guiding you through the process and preparing you for the pageant. We encourage you to return the form as soon as you can, allowing ample time for preparation instead of waiting until the deadline. The order of entry determines the interview time; the earlier you enter, the later your interview time will be.
As we strive to create an inclusive and competitive environment, we aim to have a minimum of 10 contestants. In the unlikely event that we do not meet this minimum, rest assured that your money will be refunded, and the pageant will be canceled.
