About River City Pageant
River City Pageant is a Benefit for the Spokane Parks Foundation that encourages participants to collect swimsuits for the Make A Splash program and raise funds for local park renovations while also offering fun opportunities to show poise in a party dress or prom gown, runway style modeling in a “Spokane Pride” themed outfit, public speaking through a personal introduction, and practicing answering questions like you would for a job interview. River City Pageant is open to all ages, genders and abilities.
