Ms. Full-Figured USA is a highly esteemed and enduring beauty pageant that celebrates the beauty and diversity of women of all races, shapes, and sizes. With a strong belief that "Size has no Barrier on Beauty," the pageant provides a platform for gorgeous ladies to showcase their talents, enhance their career ambitions, and form meaningful connections.
Founded in 1989 by Ms. Theresa Randolph and Jackie Epps, the Ms. Full-Figured USA Pageant brings together women from various backgrounds, ages, and locations across the United States of America.
At MSFFUSA, we offer a comprehensive pageantry experience that includes sisterhood, mentorship, model training, and a supportive network for women. We believe in the power of community and understand that both men and women play vital roles in serving, supporting, and uplifting one another to enrich humanity as a whole.
Our core values revolve around ownership, accountability, responsibility, balance, transparency, and relationship building. Empowerment lies at the heart of our organization, and we are committed to upholding the principles and promises of our sisterhood.

We aim to promote positive body image among women, foster sisterhood, encourage networking, and empower women through positive competition. Ms. Full-Figured USA actively engages with the community, amplifies voices, and provides a platform for women to express themselves. Our motto, "Size has no Barrier on Beauty," underscores our belief that true beauty radiates from within, and we firmly believe in giving back to enrich humanity.

The visionary behind Ms. Full-Figured USA is Ms. Theresa "Sparkle" Randolph, fondly known as The Queen of NJ. As the Founder and President, she has spearheaded this pageant for over 27 years, passionately dedicated to building self-confidence and empowering full-figured women nationwide. Our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey, serves as a hub for this incredible movement.
