Miss Wichita

Miss Wichita & Miss Wichita’s Outstanding Teen is an official preliminary pageant to the Miss Kansas & Miss Kansas Outstanding Teen pageants. Each year, two winners are chosen to represent Miss Wichita at the Miss Kansas and Miss Kansas Outstanding Teen pageants. They also receive the opportunity to represent the Miss Wichita Organization throughout their home states for the duration of their reign as well as a prize package selected by the Miss Wichita directors.

All contestants for Miss Wichita must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. Women who live in Kansas and who are older than 17 years of age and younger than 25 years of age are eligible to compete in Miss Wichita. Additionally, contestants must never have been married or given birth to a child.

All contestants for Miss Wichita’s Outstanding Teen must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. If you live in Kansas and are between the ages of 14 and 17, you may be eligible to compete for Miss Wichita’s Outstanding Teen.
