About Miss Universe Norfolk
In 2009, Louise Harris and Tosin Ogunnusi, decided to take over the Miss Universe Norfolk pageant. Prior to taking over Miss Universe Norfolk, Tosin had worked with the Miss Universe Whales organization helping prepare girls for their upcoming pageants.
Under the directorship of Louise Harris and Tosin Ogunnusi, Miss Universe Norfolk, a regional heat for Miss Universe Great Britain, had 3 girls in the top 5 at Miss Universe Great Britain 2013.
In 2013, Louise Harris and Tosin Ogunnusi decided to "close the doors" of Miss Universe Norfolk and move onto other opportunities outside of pageantry.
