About Miss St. Croix Valley/Miss River Valley pageant
Miss St. Croix Valley /Miss River Valley is an official preliminary to the Miss Minnesota Pageant.
Scholarship, Service, Success, and Style
Miss St. Croix Valley / Miss River Valley will receive a $250 scholarship each and have the chance to compete in the Miss Minnesota scholarship pageant in June 2017.
