About San Joaquin Asparagus Festival Scholarship Pageant
This San Joaquin Asparagus Festival Scholarship Pageant & Princess Program was established in 2016 to give women and girls of all ages the opportunity to learn & grow from the exciting experience & responsibility of serving as a community ambassador in a fun, wholesome & family environment.
Our 3 Key Goals are: 1) Offer educational scholarships 2) Provide leadership training & personal development and 3) Promote community pride & appreciation for local agriculture
Our Program Values are our guiding principles and include Integrity, Respect & Kindness.
We offer a pageant for ages 13+ that offers three age division queen titles: Teen (ages 13-15), Miss (Ages 16-20), and Ms. (ages 20+ of any marital status)
We also offer a princess program for ages 12 & under which is a non-competitive youth development program to introduce the positive aspects of pageantry without the stress or pressure of competition.
