The Miss Riverton Organization is a local scholarship pageant that serves as a preliminary competition for the Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant.
The pageant process teaches young women viable life skills: public speaking, vocabulary, poise, strength, knowledge and voice in political and current events, and helps each candidate discover their values.
Young women aged 17-23 are eligible to compete in the Miss Riverton pageant as long as they live, work, or go to school in the city of Riverton, Utah.
To be eligible a woman must be:
A high school graduate or must be entering her senior year of high school in the fall of the current pageant year
Has never been married
Has never been pregnant or the parent of an adoptive child
Has never been convicted of any crime; no pending criminal charges
Has never been engaged in any activity, which is or could be characterized as dishonest, immoral, immodest, indecent or in bad taste

Talent Presentation (90 seconds)
Evening Gown
