About Miss Rice Capital

Miss Rice Capital & Miss Rice Capitals Outstanding Teen is an official preliminary pageant to the Miss Arkansas & Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen pageants. Each year, two winners are chosen to represent Miss Rice Capital at the Miss Arkansas and Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen pageants. They also receive the opportunity to represent the Miss Rice Capital Organization throughout their home states for the duration of their reign as well as a prize package selected by the Miss Rice Capital directors.

All contestants for Miss Rice Capital must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. Women who live in Arkansas and who are older than 17 years of age and younger than 25 years of age are eligible to compete in Miss Rice Capital. Additionally, contestants must never have been married or given birth to a child.

All contestants for Miss Rice Capital’s Outstanding Teen must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. If you live in Arkansas and are between the ages of 14 and 17, you may be eligible to compete for Miss Rice Capital’s Outstanding Teen.
