Miss Northwest Scholarship Program

The Miss Northwest Pageant is held every summer during the Northwest Water Carnival and is sponsored by the Detroit Lakes Jaycees. The 2019 Miss Northwest and Miss Northwest Outstanding Teen pageant was held Friday, July 12th at the Detroit Lakes Historic Holmes Theater. This year there was five Miss candidates competing and three Teen contestants. Our next scholarship program will be held on Friday, July 10th, 2020. All paperwork from contestants is due no later than June 29th, 2020.
The Miss Northwest and Miss Northwest Outstanding Teen pageant is open from the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities north and west. Miss Northwest and Miss Northwest Outstanding Teen MUST be present during the duration of the Northwest Water Carnival.

Miss Northwest is a part of the Miss America Organization and is a preliminary competition for the Miss Minnesota Pageant.
