About Miss Great Lakes

Miss Great Lakes & Miss Great Lakes's Outstanding Teen is an official preliminary pageant to the Miss Indiana & Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen pageants. Each year, two winners are chosen to represent Miss Great Lakes at the Miss Indiana and Miss Indiana Outstanding Teen pageants. They also receive the opportunity to represent the Miss Great Lakes Organization throughout their home states for the duration of their reign as well as a prize package selected by the Miss Great Lakes directors.

All contestants for Miss Great Lakes must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. Women who live in Indiana and who are older than 17 years of age and younger than 25 years of age are eligible to compete in Miss Great Lakes. Additionally, contestants must never have been married or given birth to a child.

All contestants for Miss Great Lakes’s Outstanding Teen must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. If you live in Idiana and are between the ages of 14 and 17, you may be eligible to compete for MMiss Great Lakes’s Outstanding Teen.
