About Miss Duchesne County Scholarship Program
Miss Duchesne County Scholarship Program is an official preliminary to Miss Utah Scholarship Program. It is always held in July during the Duchesne County Fair and Rodeo.
Girls will compete in 4 categories:

Evening Wear/Social Impact Initiative
