About Miss Columbus

Miss Columbus & Miss Columbus’s Outstanding Teen is an official preliminary pageant to the Miss Georgia & Miss Georgia Outstanding Teen pageants. Each year, two winners are chosen to represent Miss Columbus at the Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia Outstanding Teen pageants. They also receive the opportunity to represent the Miss Columbus Organization throughout their home states for the duration of their reign as well as a prize package selected by the Miss Columbus directors.

All contestants for Miss Columbus must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. Women who live in Georgia and who are older than 17 years of age and younger than 25 years of age are eligible to compete in Miss Columbus. Additionally, contestants must never have been married or given birth to a child.

All contestants for Miss Columbus’s Outstanding Teen must participate in four areas of competition: private panel interview with the judges, talent, evening gown and onstage question. If you live in Georgia and are between the ages of 14 and 17, you may be eligible to compete for Miss Columbus’s Outstanding Teen.
