About Jefferson County Fair Royalty Pageant
Our goal for the Jefferson County Fair Royalty Program is to provide young ladies, who reside in Jefferson County, with the following: the opportunity to build leadership and public speaking skills, to earn scholarships toward higher education, and to learn about the importance of our fair and the role of agriculture in Jefferson County and everyday life.
*Contestants must reside in Jefferson County to be eligible to compete.
Age Categories:
Princess 8-11
Junior Queen 12-15
Queen 16-20
If selected as the 2022 Jefferson County Fair Queen or Fair Queen Alternate you will be required to attend fair-related events during the week of the Jefferson County Fair, make additional appearances throughout your reign including but not limited to events hosted at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, parades, fundraisers, community service projects, etc. The 2022 Queen will be required to compete for the title of 2023 Pennsylvania Fair Queen in January of 2023 held in Hershey, PA.
If selected as the 2022 Jefferson County Fair Junior Queen or Runner Up you will be required to attend fair-related events during the week of the Jefferson County Fair, make additional appearances throughout your reign including but not limited to events hosted at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, parades, fundraisers, etc.
If selected as the 2022 Jefferson County Fair Princess or Runner Up you will be required to attend fair-related events during the week of the Jefferson County Fair, make additional appearances throughout your reign including but not limited to events hosted at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, parades, fundraisers, community service projects, etc.
