Door Entry Fee: $5 for everyone except contestants. Ages 5 and under are free

Age Divisions: 0-23 months, 2-3 yrs, 4-5 yrs, 6-7 yrs, 8-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs, 13-15 yrs, 16-19 yrs, 20-up (20 and up can be married, unmarried, or divorced. With or without children)

Event Details and Entry:

Mandatory Events for 0-23 months:

Gown: Short pageant dress or Sunday best dress of choice.
Fall Casual Wear: Off the rack or custom Casual Wear (no glitz) for ages 0-23 months.
Optional Events for 0-23 months:

Photogenic: $10, Enter headshot of choice (extra photos $5).
Mandatory Events for AGES 2-UP:

Gown: Short pageant dress or Sunday best dress for age 2-3, short or long pageant dress for ages 4-7, long dress for ages 8 and up (age-appropriate guidelines apply).

Fall Casual Wear: Casual Wear for all ages (no glitz, no bare midriff 0-9 years old).

Optional Events for AGES 2-UP:

Fun Fashion Runway: $10, Showcase a unique fashion-forward outfit.

Interview: $10, Panel-style interview for ages 2-5, 4-minute panel-style interview based on fact sheet for ages 6 and up.

Photogenic: $10, Enter headshot of choice (extra photos $5).

Title and Awards (Ages 2-up):

Elite Miss High Point: Highest combined score of gown, casual wear, and TWO highest optional events, crown, banner, gifts, and $125 fees toward Virginia's Royal Elite Open State Pageant 2024.

2-9 High Point: Highest combined score of Gown and casual wear and ONE highest optional, crown, banner, gifts, and $75 fees toward Virginia's Royal Elite Open State Pageant 2024.

10-up High Point: Highest combined score of Gown and casual wear and ONE highest optional, crown, banner, gifts, and $75 fees toward Virginia's Royal Elite Open State Pageant 2024.

Overall Fun Fashion, Photogenic, and Interview: Gift for overall highest score in each event (ages 2-up).

Age Division Awards: Queen and Court for each age division (banner and small gift for court, crown, banner, gifts, and fees toward Virginia's Royal Elite Open State Pageant 2024 for queen).

Title and Awards (Ages 0-23 Months):

Age Division Awards: Queen and Court for each age division (banner and small gift for court, crown, banner, small gift, and $50 fees toward Virginia's Royal Elite Open State Pageant 2024 for queen).
Rules and Regulations:

Contestants compete at their current age.
All decisions are final. Score sheets available upon request.
No tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct or drama.
Contestants allowed ONE person in the dressing room (no men).
No group line-ups, no pro-am modeling or routines.
Hair and Makeup Rules apply based on age.
Order of Events:

Interview times in the morning of October 15th (provided one week before the pageant).
1:30 pm - Gown and Casual Wear (0-23 months).
Followed by Casual Wear and Fun Fashion Runway (ages 2-up).
