Date: Saturday, September 23rd

Location: Milltown Farm Event Venue, 183 Moore Street, Erwin, NC 28339

Mandatory Meet and Greet: Monday, September 18th at 6:00 pm

Event Schedule:

Doors Open at 9:00 am
Registration from 9:00-9:30 am
Round 1 (Baby-Kindergarten): 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Registration from 1:45-2:30 pm
Round 2 (First Grade-Adult): 3:00-6:00 pm

Baby Miss: 0-11 Months
Tiny Miss: 1 year
Toddler Miss: 2 years
Mini Miss: 3 years
Pre-K Miss: 4 years

Fees:

Entry Individually:
Early Bird (May 1st-July 15th): $100
July 16th-August 25th: $125
Business Sponsorship Entry: $200 (Business Sponsorship includes recognition of Entry sponsorship in numerous communications, Social Media, and on Program at Event. If Winner is a sponsored registrant, Sponsor will be acknowledged after the event)
Invoices will be sent after the complete application is received to your preferred invoicing choice.
ECR and Erwin Chamber have the right to photograph contestants and queens. Photos may be used to promote future pageants.
ECR nor Erwin Chamber is responsible for any items lost or stolen during the pageant.
All judges' decisions are final. Scores will be released after the pageant.
ECR will not tolerate any bashing of other contestants or judges. This will result in immediate disqualification.
Each contestant is allowed 1 chaperone admitted free.
In the event of a State of Emergency - Event reschedule date TBD.
People's Choice Queen: The contestant with the most votes will be crowned the People's Choice winner. Votes will be $1 each and voting will be cast in person at the Event! Contestants will create their own unique box/jar/container for voting, and they will be displayed at Event Registration.

Beauty: Please come to the event with hair and makeup complete! We will have access to a dressing room for outfit changes and touch-ups. East Coast Royalty is a natural pageant system, great for beginners as well. Sunday Best for Beauty! It does not have to be cupcake dresses!

Denim Wear: Show your personality with anything Denim. Have fun with your outfit! This is your time to shine and show personality. This will serve as our Talent portion. Please keep in mind that this is a festival pageant, so all outfits should be festival-appropriate. (No revealing attire, please.)

This is a natural pageant. Please refrain from using hairpieces, flippers, or spray tans. We are looking for natural beauty. Make-up should be light and age-appropriate. Kids should look like kids.

Miss Denim Days Queens will have events and gatherings throughout the year. We plan to make appearances and be involved in the community. All Queens must be present at the 2023 pageant to crown new queens. Please keep this in mind before competing. If you know you will not be an active Queen or King, please don't take this opportunity away from someone who will. We will create a Facebook group after the pageant for communication.

Applications are due by August 25th, and the payment deadline is September 1st. Don't miss your chance to be part of this exciting event!
