In 2016, the AmeriFest US National Pageant sisterhood welcomed 5 new grand supreme titleholders when they were crowned 2016 titleholders. The 2016 grand supreme winners will represent the AmeriFest US National Pageant as AmeriFest US National Pageant 2016 winners throughout their reigns and receive a prize package selected by the AmeriFest US National Pageant.
