In 2020, the Modern American Miss Illinois sisterhood will be welcoming 6 new titleholders when the new queens will be crowned 2020 titleholders. They will represent Illinois at the Modern American Miss 2020 pageant! Additionally, they will represent the Modern American Miss Organization as Modern American Miss Illinois 2020 queens throughout their reigns and receive a prize package selected by the Modern American Miss Illinois Organization.
