The 2012 Miss Florida USA and Miss Florida Teen USA pageant concluded with Karina Brez winning Miss and Gracie Simmons winning Teen.

Simmons later resigned the title of Miss Florida Teen USA 2012. As a result, first runner-up Sydney Martinez assumed the title of Miss Florida Teen USA 2012.
