The Miss Arnold Fitness Pageant is held at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Inspiring young women lead a healthy lifestyle beautifully. It will be held February 28-March 3, 2019 in Columbus Ohio as part of the annual Arnold Sports Expo.

COMPETITION AREAS & ELIGIBILITY
Teen contestants must be age 14-19 as of January 1 of the competition year
Miss contestants must be age 20-29 as of January 1 of the competition year
Must be a natural born female
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have never been married or given birth
Private Interview - 25% of the Overall Score
Each contestant will interview with a panel of judges for 3 minutes. This gives the judges the opportunity to learn about each delegate and glimpse her personality.
On-Stage Question - 10% of the Overall Score
The top 5 contestants will be asked an on-stage question that will account for the final 10% of the total score. Each contestant will have 30 seconds to answer an age-appropriate question.
Evening Gown - 25% of the Overall Score
Each contestant will compete on-stage in evening gown. The judges do not judge the gown itself but rather the girl in the gown and her poise. Gowns must be floor length and age appropriate.
Fitness-Related Talent - 20% of the Overall Score
Each contestant will compete in front of the judges in a fitness-related talent. Talents can include but are not limited to dancing, cheerleading, gymnastics, fitness routines, and hula hoop. Routines should be 90 seconds long.
Athletic Wear - 20% of the Overall Score
In this segment of the competition, the contestants will model athletic wear that compliments her own personal style. Team names are prohibited, and the outfits should be relatively free of logos. Tennis shoes must be worn. Dress shoes and sweatpants are prohibited.
