The mission of Carolina Southern Regal Pageant is to empower young girls and young women to serve with heart and to provide opportunities for young women who have a desire to serve others through charities and public service. At Carolina Southern Regal, we want to provide an atmosphere of "giving back" to our community, state, nation, and international.
