Miss Jasmine is an absolute pleasure to work with. She created a system that works on service to others which is no surprise as she truly has a servants heart. She shows everyone around her what it means to take care of others and builds this system around this. I am the current Miss Maine Young American Woman of Service and could not be more pleased with the opportunity that I have had to serve with such an amazing and supportive group of women.
Miss Jasmine does an incredible job running an amazing pageant every year. Having attended an AWOS State Pageant and having Miss Jasmine as I local director, I can't say enough great things.
National Director, Jasmine DeRier, has done outstanding work with this pageant system, creating a wonderful sisterhood of incredible women making a difference in their communities.

About International and American Women of Service Pageants®
International & American Women of Service Pageants® is a program of International Women of Service organization and has held pageants for girls and women of all ages annually since June 2017.
IAWP is a community service-based pageant for girls and women, founded with a few goals in mind:
1) To empower all girls and women from around the world to become the best version of themselves possible through service.
2) To encourage girls and women who serve in their communities, to share that love with others around them and to mentor and inspire others to do the same.
3) To create a positive, encouraging, and empowering sisterhood for girls and women who are interested in motivating others through community and civic involvement, as positive role models, and through service.
4) To promote and educate the community on the impact of service at any age and in all areas of life.
We welcome contestants identifying as female, ages 5 (as of July 1 of the pageant year) and beyond into our pageant program.
