Dr. Conti is the director of Health and Wellness as well as a physical therapist and fitness trainer at OFF-SEASON Sports and Physical Therapy. He graduated Magna Cum Lade from Salem State University with a Bachelors degree in Bio-Medical Sciences. He then went on to continue his studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he graduated at the top of his class with a 3.98 GPA cementing his life long dream of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Through out the course of his education he had the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of patients of all ages with many different types conditions. Dr. Conti has gained clinical experience in multiple settings including home care, long term rehab, hospital-based outpatient and sports orthopedic outpatient. However, Dr. Conti’s true passion has always been in sports orthopedic rehabilitation. This passion began early in childhood. He was a four sport athlete growing up and a two sport varsity standout at Everett High School where he quarterbacked his team to a state championship his junior year. Growing up he always valued the importance of training and exercise because he knew that was what kept him on the field and performing at a high level.
This passion is what fuels Dr. Conti to continue to expand his rehabilitation and fitness training knowledge. As a doctor of physical therapy with a bachelor in biomedical sciences, Dr. Conti possesses expert knowledge of human movement and anatomy. His strong foundational knowledge combined with his training experience, passion for exercise and motivated personality makes Dr. Conti a perfect fit to work with people looking to fulfill rehabilitation, performance, and fitness goals. He has the ability to work with people of all ages and ability levels along the entire spectrum of care from acute injury to performance optimization. Dr. Conti offers physical therapy, strength and conditioning and sport specific performance training services on a one-on-one, individualized basis to best serve our patients and ensure they are fully prepared for a successful return to activity. He is committed to bridging the gap between acute rehabilitation and optimal performance. He believes that simply meeting the accepted standards of function and achieving an absence of pain are not indicative of a person’s readiness to perform at a high level. Dr. Conti’s goal is to provide quality care that focuses on optimizing human movement and creating people who are resilient and able to withstand the many biomechanical and neurophysiological stresses placed upon their bodies. Dr. Conti views rehabilitation to performance as a fluid continuum and is dedicated to providing individualized care that is dependent on each person’s current needs and goals.
