Tippy Tops Pageant Shoe

The Tippy Tops by Chinese Laundry is the most popular shoe in pageantry and there are good reasons why. First at 5.5? the heel is one of the highest in the industry but the 1.5? platform helps to stablize you as you walk up and down steps and on pageant stages that can be less than stable. Additionally, the nude color doesn’t pull attention away from the body that you have worked so hard to create nor does it distract from the wardrobe that you have pieced together. As you can see in the video and images the way the shoes wrap around the foot makes your legs appear longer by exposing more of your skin while the placement of the buckle doesn’t allow your foot to slide. We recommend this shoe for Teens & above who are competing in Swimsuit, Evening Gown, Fun Fashion (outfit depending) and talent (outfit depending). We do not recommend wearing this shoe if you are a new to wearing heels because of the height you may wobble and at the end of the day your heel height is not judged in therefore, it’s better to wear a smaller heel that you can walk. Lastly, if you have a foot that is unusually wide then we would suggest wearing the SunTan by Johnathan Kayne, as your pinky toes may have a tendency of sliding outside of the platform on the Tippy Top, which will take away from your walk. So if you are a Teen, Miss, Ms or Mrs contestant who has been walking in heels for at least a year then this is a GREAT shoe!
