Seema Saroop currently lives in Jersey City, NJ and is a full-time as a Manager of Financial Reporting at Prudential. She has a bachelor’s Degree in accounting from New Jersey City University, a MBA in Finance & Marketing from St. Peter’s University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Dance in an Indian Classical Dance form called Bharatnatyam. She is also the owner of a non-profit dance academy that offers low cost dance classes to families in her community. Proceeds raised are donated to a different charity every month. Seema spends her time participating in many charitable events and giving back to the community. She is involved in National fundraising programs for the Children's Tumor Foundation, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Walk Now for Autism Speaks, the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, and Samaritan’s Purse. Seema once put together an international charity drive where she gathered organizations and business in New Jersey and New York to donate school supplies and toys to an orphanage in the country of Trinidad. Her future aspirations are to use her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership to grow her non-profit dance academy into a regional school in the US, obtain a higher position at Prudential, and become a part-time college professor.
