My name is Sage Gonzales Lambert. I am currently a junior/ rising senior at the Orange County School of the Arts/ International Dance Conservatory where I have been a student since the 7th grade. In addition to my academic and conservatory commitments, I have been a member of Ballet Folklorico Paso de Oro Dance Company for a little over 11 years where I perform Ballet Folklorico, Flamenco, Latin Danza and Brazilian Samba. Over the course of 11 years with PDO, I have had the honor to perform at nearly 250 events - fundraisers, professional football games, Disneyland, competitions and more. In addition to OCSA and PDO. I am new member with Esencia Flamenco Studio to perfect my Flamenco. Currently, my goal is to learn and perform a Bota de Cola solo for the fall competitions. For 2 years and entering my 3 year, I have been a committed member of the Assisteens- Orange County Chapter where we volunteer hours to give back and brighten lives in our community. The Girls Scouts of America were a huge part of my life when I was younger from Brownies to Cadets, I gained so much confidence, independence and life long friendships. So many great memories. My future career aspirations are to become a Marine Mammalogist to study shark behavior. I love all ocean animals - sea otters, penguin manatees and pennipeds so no matter where I land as long as its wth any of these creatures Ill be a happy clam - no pun intended. For relaxation, I love to swim, watch baking competitions and I am a huge fan of Bob Ross televised painting series. My Favorite foods include crab, shrimp, smores and Pazookies. My most outrageous adventure to date - traveling to London to be a part of the crowd for Meghan and Harry's Royal Wedding. I can't wait to see what's next for me.
