My name is Raegan Mackenzie Drane, and I am 18 years old. I was born and raised in Royston, GA, which is also known as “The Home of Ty Cobb”, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! I graduated in the Class of 2018 from Franklin County High School, where I was a varsity football and competitive cheerleader. I am currently in school to be a Real Estate Agent, working at Charlene Lee Realty, located in Hartwell, Georgia, as an assistant. My favorite hobbies include traveling, hanging out with my friends and family, volunteering, meeting new people, and looking at houses of course. Throughout my life, I have volunteered and fundraised for many places and events, such as Night to Shine, The Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, Houses for Humanity, Shriners International, and for many church events in my area. I love to volunteer because I love the feeling of making a difference not only for other people, but for myself as well. Volunteering can have a real and valuable positive affect on people, communities and society in general. By being involved, I have met so many great people and learned so many new skills, which led to setting many new goals for myself! My life goals would have to begin with pursuing my passions and living my life to the fullest. My career goal is to get licensed in Real Estate, and to pursue a degree in Interior Design. A few of my other goals include, contributing beyond myself, leaving my comfort zone, meeting new people, and to become Miss Georgia Teen USA 2019.
