Elaine Espinola Keltz is Mrs. District of Columbia America 2015. The judges crowned Elaine on March 14, 2015 at the Embassy of France in Washington, DC. She competed touting the platform, "Empowerment through Entrepreneurship." Elaine has since gone on to compete at the national level (Mrs. America 2016), where the judges selected her as a top 15 contestant.
Elaine graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, with a degree in Psychology and a minor in business. Upon graduating from college, Elaine spent a year living in Bangkok, Thailand teaching English at the Assumption University. Elaine spent that year immersed in Thai culture and traveling throughout Southeast Asia. She refers to her experience as a “humbling and exciting adventure!” Elaine is now a stay-at home mother and a business owner of two ventures. She is a representative with Younique makeup products currently overseeing a sales team of 30 women with a full network of over 1,200 women. In Elaine’s second venture, she focuses on her love for dance, fitness and children as a licensed Zumba Kids instructor. Washington Business Journal selected her as “People on the Move” for 2015. Elaine and her husband of ten years, William, have three children. Elaine notes that her children were all born at Sibley Hospital in DC and they spent their toddler years adventuring into the museums throughout the metro area!
Elaine's hobbies include Hiking, Traveling through Europe, and Beach-time with her family.
