Delaney is an outgoing and community-minded individual from Renfrew, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Honours degree in Communications and minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
Choosing to pursue a career in the fashion industry as a model was an easy decision for Delaney, as it is an extension of her varied interests and accomplishments to date. Delaney travels between Toronto and Montreal regularly, has walked the runway in Germany, done photoshoots in Italy and has fit garments in Portugal.
Having taken on many committee leadership roles, fundraising initiatives and volunteer activities, Delaney exudes positive energy with all tasks she undertakes. Her passion drives her unwavering commitment and determination to complete objectives using a creative and informative approach.
Delaney has given her time and talent to many community organizations throughout her lifetime, including volunteering with the Kidney Foundation of Canada for 25 years. Her most recent partnership with the Kidney Foundation was for the launch of the Six Degree Challenge in 2019. As the face of the campaign, Delaney worked to promote awareness for Kidney Disease and its prevalence. The campaign reached over 2.2 million people and raised thousands of dollars.
Growing up as a ski and swim instructor, physical fitness and healthy active living have always been a priority for Delaney. Challenging herself to maintain balance motivates Delaney as she continues on her path of lifelong learning.
Delaney is a born leader. Her understanding and genuine nature allows her to see the best in everyone. She values teamwork and possesses the ability to lift up others, knowing that together we are stronger.
