My name is Ashley Randolph and I am Mrs. Calfiornia United America. I am 30 years old and an advocate for fragile babies world wide. I am a wife and mother to 3 children all born premature. I am the founder of Glo Preemies, Advisory Board Member on Researches at Stanford Medical School, and nationwide speaker. My mission is to support and empower every women.
Ashley Randolph is a wife and mother to 3 children who were all born premature. She attended Xavier University of La for Biology Pre- Medicine and Tulane University for Public Health. She began her passion for helping others while volunteering rebuilding home during 2006 -2010 in New Orleans, La. She created Glo Preemies to help support high-risk pregnant women and families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) worldwide. Ashley is most passionate about helping people, especially improving the lives of babies born prematurely in the African American community and providing support and safety net services for their families. She is currently reigning as the 2020 Mrs. California United America. She is the recipient of the 2017 Presidential Excellence Award for her hard work empowering minority mothers. She is currently serving a 3-year term as an Advisory Board Member for a multi-million-dollar Racial Disparity in the NICU research study with California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC) based at Stanford Medical School. She is an author of many hospital publications. She is an insturctional aide and Chairperson for the School Site Council at Fortune School of Education. She is also a pregnancy, labor and delivery, and post-partum Doula in -home and at Methodist Hospital. She finds time to volunteer in areas where she can apply her passion and personal experience, such as working with the African American community, babies born premature, special needs population, and in under-served areas. It is her desire to help others reach their fullest potential despite any personal challenges.
In 2019, Ashley Randolph competed at the California United America 2020 pageant as Mrs. California United America for the opportunity to represent the California United America 2020 pageant.
