I’m a full time student, a full time cheerleader, and a full time sister!
When I was younger, my family and I were in horrible accident. My seatbelt failed and my head busted my window, causing multiple cuts. I left the hospital with 19 stitches. The next day my head has swollen so badly, I could not see. My dad was trying to console me, rocking and calling me his little princess. I sat up, turned to him and said “don’t call me a princess. Princesses do not have scars.” My father knew that he had to find something return my confidence. This is how we found National American Miss. My dad said I came in shy, timid and all out scared. I left with a first runner up in top model, and a confidence I had never had. And I have not lost it. I know I can do anything I can set my mind to. Regardless what anyone says to me, pageants changed my life for the better.
