About Fiesta Bowl Pageants

From its beginning in 1971 to the 2013-2014 season, the Fiesta Bowl crowned a queen and court as part of its Fiesta Bowl Queen and Court Scholarship Program.

Girls from colleges and universities across the state of Arizona vied for the title. Court members were chosen based on their scholastic achievement, community involvement, poise, personality, and a submitted essay. The Battlefrog Fiesta Bowl aired its 45th annual game on January 1st, 2016 from Glendale, AZ featuring Notre Dame and Ohio State.
