Miss Cobb County 2023

I am actually an Indian citizen but I'm currently living in USA, GA. My friends told me to participate in a pageant in Miss Cobb County so that I can gain my confidence and courage to go back to India and compete. Is the Miss Cobb County only for U.S citizens living in Cobb or is it for anyone living in Cobb?

We would suggest that you email the directors for clarification though.

oh ok I checked with the directors and it seems like I have to be a citizen of the U.S inorder to participate :(
