The 2013 Miss Virginia USA and Miss Virginia Teen USA pageant concluded with Shannon McAnally winning the title of Miss Virginia USA 2013 and Caelynn Miller-Keyes winning the title of Miss Virginia Teen USA 2013. They also won the opportunity to represent Virginia at the 2013 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageant.
