Today's International Woman Pageant is in absolutely amazing platform for women of all ages, races, ethnicities and walks of life to really be able to be honored and to joyfully serve in their communities and lead by example. This pageant connects women together heart to heart and soul to soul and the ultimate desire is to bring love, service, and unity to all people in cities and countries around the world. I never would have thought that I would have been involved in such a wonderful experience. I am a professor, and a doctor, but in the pageant I am a person who wants to serve others through the venue of today's international woman pageant one crown at a time. I love the pageant director and the wonderful opportunities to connect with people across the globe. Thank you today's international woman.
This is my daughters 1st time with TIW. Thus far things have been very organized and straight forward. The director is always available to help.
I am a past contestant with Today's International Woman aka Today's American Woman. I entered to challenge myself to walk normally again after having a hip replacement at the age of 60. I was very concerned when I competed - as I didn't feel like a "sterotypical" beauty queen. I wasn't a size 4 anymore - but a size 10/12. They had divisions for all sizes and abilities. I thought I might have to enter plus, but the director assured me that this was a pageant that didn't judge on size alone...boy I have heard that before and it was never really true. But this time it was true. And more so, the pageant also was Christian based and supported all the queens in their mission platform work. In fact each of us had to also challenge ourselves to do a mission project outside of or complimenting our platform each month during our reign. Come competition time, I had a deep sense of calm and was totally myself. I had no expectations. No one was more surprised than me... I was named high point Queen of Queens in a court of 56 contestants. Amazing ladies who, also do not fit the sterotype of a "beauty queen," but their hearts, their platforms, and their involvement in their communities truley are the shining crowns on each of their heads and we proudly place our crowns in the service of the Lord.
This is a pageant that shines the light of God from within to a world of darkness. Reaching out to all women, sizes, abilities and disabilities. The queens do love on one another and those that are hurting. It is a system of love, care and compassion being shown to all women, men and children.
Today's International,Pageant is about serving others and making a difference. I love that this pageant is faith based and its overall mission. Changing one life a crown at a time. This journey with this pageant has been such a positive impact on my life. Best pageant on the planet
I love Today's International Woman Pageant because it is a pageant with a heart. There's a place for everyone and it really is a pageant that focuses on what's truly important in life. Community service driven, faith based, and family oriented- there's something for everyone within this pageant system.
I began my journey with TIW back in Feb. 2015, as a state queen. I competed at age 50, and wearing size 20. I competed in the Curvy Elite Mrs. division and won my national division title. The same year, my daughter, won the national Miss title, National Top Model and was the National Centerfold winner. In June 2016, when I came back to crown my successor, I was crowned Lifetime Queen. TIW is a wonderful pageant experience and it truly is a pageant for EVERY WOMAN!
What better testament can a former titleholder provide above returning with their daughter, excited to share an amazing journey with her? K. Emery-Poulin, 2013 TIW Queen of Queens Alexia Mae - 2017 TIW Florida Jr. Teen
