Required Competitions
1. PERSONAL INTRODUCTION (Required) 30%

Every contestant will take her turn to tell the live audience and the judges a little about herself. She will start with stating her name and hometown followed with anything interesting she would like to share about herself. Introductions should be no longer than 30-35 seconds.

2. FORMAL WEAR (Required) 30%

Glamorous and fun, contestants will walk on stage in their beautiful formal wear as the MC announces them individually. Each contestant will take a turn showcasing her poise and confidence. There are no restrictions on color and style, as long as dresses are age-appropriate. Floor-length gowns are required for ages 10-24. For detailed guidelines, please click here.

3. INTERVIEW (Required) 30%

Interviews are done one-on-one style and last just a few minutes per judge. Contestants are asked simple questions about themselves based off their application. The judges do not ask difficult, political or controversial questions. This is a great chance for contestants to show off their inner sparkle and enthusiasm. Jr. Princess Div. may have a parent/guardian present at judge's table.

4. COMMUNITY SERVICE (Required) 10%

To receive a total of 10%, all contestants are asked to bring one small donation (unwrapped toy, book or clothing item) to be presented to a state/national charity during the pageant's closing ceremony. We will notify all contestants of charity name and item needed.

There are so many additional exciting ways to WIN at National Royal Miss Pageants!
