In 2018, the Miss Plus World sisterhood welcomed 2 new titleholders when Kristy Wells was crowned Miss Plus World 2018 and Cha'Kiva Latrell crowned Ms. Plus Intercontinental 2018. They will represent the Miss Plus World Organization as Miss Plus World 2018, and Ms. Plus Intercontinental 2018 throughout their reigns and receive a prize package selected by the Ms. Plus Intercontinental 2018 Organization.
