Miss World Cayman Islands

Miss World Cayman Islands is Cayman’s newest pageant. Offering young Caymanian women the opportunity to compete in the Miss World pageant – the World’s most prestigious pageant featuring over 100 contestants each year.

Miss World Cayman Islands was established in 2017 by Director, Pamela J. Ebanks-Small a past Miss Cayman Islands who also competed in the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants. Pamela has always enjoyed pageantry and dreamed of one day having her own pageant, in 2017 that dream became a reality when Pamela was appointed the Miss World Director for the Cayman Islands. In October 2017, Pamela formed a small committee who worked together to send their first representative to Miss World – 24 year old Kristin Amaya.

Kristin placed 1st runner up in the Miss Cayman pageant in March 2017. The Government of the Cayman Islands kindly released Kristin from her duties as 1st runner up and thus she’s on her way to represent Cayman in the Miss World pageant on November 18th 2017 in Sanya, China.

The Miss World Cayman Islands pageant will hold their first pageant in Cayman in 2018. The entry and application process will begin in early 2018. The pageant is looking for young ladies, between the ages of 18-26, who have a desire to represent their country internationally. We are looking for confident, intelligent and beautiful woman who are heavily involved in their community and demonstrate natural leadership qualities.
